Exodus 33:14
Have you ever felt like God was distant? Like your prayers were hitting a wall? Moses knew that feeling, yet he refused to move forward without God’s presence. In Exodus 33, after Israel’s failure with the golden calf, Moses pleads with God not to abandon them. Instead of asking for victory, security, or even forgiveness, he asks for God Himself. God responds with a promise: “My presence will go with you, and I will give you rest.” Rest doesn’t come from perfect circumstances but from knowing God is near. Even when we don’t feel Him, He is there. In life’s uncertainties, our peace isn’t in the answers we seek but in the presence of the One who leads us. Today, trust that God is with you—guiding, strengthening, and giving you rest.
