Genesis 16:13
Have you ever felt unseen or abandoned? Hagar knew that feeling well. Cast out with her son, she found herself alone in the wilderness. Yet, in her darkest moment, God revealed Himself to her as "the God who sees.” He didn’t just observe her suffering—He provided comfort, guidance, and hope, showing her that she was never out of His sight. Hagar’s story reassures us that God forgets no one. In our own struggles, when we feel isolated or overlooked, we can trust that God sees and hears us, too. Just as He met Hagar in her pain, He met us in ours, offering His presence and sustaining love. Today, let’s find strength in knowing that God is attentive to our needs, no matter where we are or how we feel. He is the God who sees.
