Num 16:20-50 & 17
What happens when we resist God’s authority? Korah’s rebellion wasn’t just about leadership—it was about rejecting God’s divine order. The earth literally opened up, swallowing those who defied Him. Yet in the middle of this judgment, Moses and Aaron interceded for the people, standing between them and destruction. We may not face an earthquake, but pride and rebellion can shake the foundations of our lives. God calls us to pure hearts and steadfast spirits. When we surrender and follow His way, we find life, peace, and purpose. And like Moses, we can stand in prayer for others, seeking mercy and restoration.
